If you are unhappy with any work please let me know - if I can’t put it right I will refund your payment.

Payment with order please, by cheque or postal order, made payable to Blueskyimages Limited

Limitation on Liability
I take great care to look after your original materials, however in the unlikely event of loss or damage - our liability to you is limited to the cost of replacing those originals with a similar quantity of unexposed film. When submitting high value slides or film you are advised to arrange suitable independent insurance.

Transit
I recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery or a similar service which is tracked and requires a signature on delivery when sending and having your work returned. Please note, however, that Blueskyimages accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaging in transit. You should also check that items sent by post are adequately insured.

Copyright
Blueskyimages Limited does not take responsibility for copyright infringements on work submitted for scanning or printing. It is the customers responsibility to arrange copyright permissions for any work which requires such permissions.

Acceptance
By placing an order with Blueskyimages Limited you agree to these terms and conditions.
